I reflashed theEVO-one to 76.14 still no blue light when hitting the lock  on the remote. Should I still enable the D6 option. I have it enabled now? Also on the remote start side should everything be on mode one except the 38 mode 2. like you suggested?

The blue Led flashing on lock or unlock is there to confirm the oem remotes are actually on the Can and can be detecfted, option setting will not change anything.

I'd suggest grabbing an RF-KIT for this vehicle.
