change my RFK 442 for a RFK 942?

I live on the fifth level of a building, and my car is on level 1, the RFK does not work for me from home (I am less than 15 meters from my vehicle but there are many walls). Could this be solved with an RFK942 that has a greater range?

I have a RFK442.

Yes the 942 has more range.

 

You will need a new antenna along with the remote.
