How to enable ready mode in manual transmission

I installed evo-one in Mazda 6 2016 push button manual transmission. Just wondering how to enable ready mode for 3x factory key fob start. (Without rf-kit)

enable option 33.2. It will set ready mode once emergency brake is on then foot brake is released.  

Do not press the vehicles push button when you exit. The evo will press it when the door closes.
