ACURA 2016 TLX now has trouble starting

Question

I installed a evo one remote starter in a 2016 Acura TLX.I used a THAR-HON 4  REV.3 T-harness. is this the correct t-harness?. Everything thing went fine with installation and with the programming also. Now if you try to start in the regular way with the push button. It doesn't want to start every time.

after like the third or fourth attempt it starts. I can't figure out why this is taking place. 
also I added the CARLINK MOBILE also works fine.

Yes the hon4 is the correct harness.

 

I would inspect the connectors and pins, sounds like a weak connection somwhere.
