Doorlocks on 2016 Kia Optima

Question

Can Evo-All control doorlocks through can bus while vehicle is running? Will it also shut down the auto headlights if remote start is shut down?

Ninja Edit: On the Key model, the oem remotes do not function while the engine is running but an aftermarket remote can still control the door locks.
